Think about how valuable the object of time is in your life. It’s obvious, we do life around the time we have before us or the time we wish we had back. We’ve all heard time and time again how it supposedly takes 21 days to break or build a habit. That’s 21 days of changing something that your mind and body have been conditioned to doing for an extended period of time. That’s 21 days of not doing something you most likely enjoy, but would be better off without. That could also be 21 days of introducing a new healthy habit into your life that you’re not accustomed to doing. Either way, habits are hard to break and we all fall victim to a few unhealthy ones here and there. It takes some perseverance and strong desire to kick these little annoyances to the curb.

Why do you work out? What is your motivation behind your work outs?
My answer: I work out to feel good.
Exercising makes me feel healthy and alive. I feel strong and lean when I run. I feel energized and powerful when I cycle.
