Balanced Brownie Bites

These Balanced Brownie Bites are the best things I’ve made in a while. With just 4 wholesome ingredients and no baking needed, they are the simple, healthier alternative to the chocolate brownie indulgence we’d all like to have daily. If you have a sweet tooth like me, this will be your new go-to healthy sweet treat!

I’m not kidding when I say that these delicious cacao energy bites taste like a pan of Betty Crocker brownies. Yes, I’m talking about those amazing Betty Crocker brownies that come from a box. Now if you don’t believe me, then that means you’re just going to have to try them out for yourself!

Ingredients:

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
3/4 cups cashews
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method:

In a food processor:
1. Blend Medjool dates
2. Add cashews and blend
3. Add cacao and vanilla, blend slightly
4. Roll mixture into 12 balls and lay on parchment paper
5. Pop in the freezer for 1 hour
6. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
